Acceptance of Terms: By using the parking facilities at Safe Park 246, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not park at our facilities.

Payment Terms: All fees for parking must be paid in advance at time of parking. Acceptable forms of payment include credit/debit cards and online payment platforms such as Stripe.

Time Limits: The maximum time limit for parking is While the Club is open.

Security: CCK is monitored by security personnel and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security. However, we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle while it is parked in our facilities.

Damaged Vehicles: If your vehicle is damaged while parked in our facilities, please report the incident to the parking attendant immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate action.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: Safe Park 246 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our facilities constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Limitation of Liability: Safe Park 246 is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our parking facilities.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New Zealand.
